HANDLING FEE
$5.50 handling fee is applied to all orders.
PAYMENT
All Prices are in U.S. dollars.
Custom orders / Wholesale orders will not be started without a non-refundable 50% security deposit in order for me to begin your order. No exceptions. First time customers will be asked to pay with credit card upon the invoice. Once relationship is established, payment upon shipment. Payment must be submitted as soon as the invoice is received.
Payments are accepted through PayPal and with all major credit cards. Both methods are secure and your information is always protected.
7% sales tax will be added for Florida residents. Except for company’s with a tax exemption for the state of Florida.
Due to the edible nature of our products, All orders are final, no exceptions will be made.
CANCELLATION
To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing your order. If your order has already been processed, we will be unable to cancel the order. Any unauthorized cancellations, refused orders or returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

For US Customers: United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority or UPS
For International Customers: United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority
Every country has its own laws and regulations. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. You will be responsible for those additional costs if it may occur.

ESTIMATED PRODUCTION TIME
5 – 7 business days after payment. It depends on availability. For Special request orders please allow 4- 6 weeks for production.
RETURN & DAMAGED
Claims must be reported within 5 days after receiving your package.
RETURN
Due to the nature of our products, We can not accept returns. We offer replacement or refund when needed.
Due to handmade products, the size, color and shape may vary slightly.
DAMAGED
Freight damages are the responsibility of the carrier. Within 5 days of receipt, please notify Sugar and Oats by email with your company information, a description of the damage and some photos of broken items and packaging. Please make sure to keep all of the original packing material and original box. We will replace the item and file a claim on your behalf.

Please store our products in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight and and intense light.
