All Prices are in U.S. dollars. Payments are secure and your information is always protected. We take all major credit cards. 7% sales tax will be added for Florida residents.
Custom orders / Wholesale orders
All black label orders will not be started without a non-refundable 50% security deposit in order to start production also a minimal opening purchase order. No exceptions. ( Please fill out the wholesale form and someone from our team will get back to you shortly )
Due to the nature of our products, All orders are final, no exceptions will be made.

Occasionally we offer discounts and or coupons around the year. Only one coupon may be used per purchase.
Shipping Policy
* U.S Customers *We will always ship all orders by USPS. and provide you with a tracking number. At this time, Sugar and Oats ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Sugar and Oats ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Please contact me if you would like your order shipped through overnight or expedited USPS delivery.
International
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Sugar and Oats is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.* International Orders *Your order will be shipped by USPS. All orders over $50.00 will be insured and additional fees will be required to ensure all your products are safe when they arrive. Return / Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns. At Sugar and Oats, we want every customer happy so If you are unsatisfied with your purchase will gladly offer a replacement when needed. How to Care / Store Products
Please note that all of our handmade soap will last longer if kept dry between uses and kept away from direct streams of water. Its best if its kept in a soap dish when not in use.
Please note that we use all natural ingredients in our products. Please carefully review all ingredients and do a patch test before using all products to avoid any possible allergic reactions.
*Soap is not edible.* Keep out of the reach of children. External use only.
